Focuses on creating effective marketing content across platforms, from written copy to images and videos, including how to evaluate performance and use AI tools responsibly.

Explores the essentials of brand identity and communication, including how to promote a brand across offline and online channels and build a cohesive promotional mix.

The Customer Journey

Introduces the concept of the customer journey, including research, journey mapping, audience personas and aligning marketing activity with the stages of the sales funnel and engagement.

This call explains how the programme works, what to expect from the training and assessment, and how the programme will support business objectives and individual career development.

Before the programme begins, learners take part in an online induction. This introduces the learning platform, course structure, support services and key contacts, ensuring everyone feels confident, informed and ready to begin from day one.
